Indian Economic Service (IES):
Postgraduate degree in Economics, Applied Economics, Business Economics, or Econometrics from other educational institutions founded by the parliamentary act, or from a university created by an act of the Central or State Legislature in India.
Indian Statistical Service (ISS):
A bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematical statistics, or applied statistics from another educational institution founded by a parliamentary act, or from a university created by an act of the Indian Central or State Legislature.
