Assistant Manager/ Electrical for UP Metro Recruitment 2024:

• B.E./B. Tech. in Electrical / Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute with a minimum of 60% marks for applying for candidates for Unreserved, EWS & OBC vacancies and with a minimum of 50% marks for reserved vacancies of SC and ST only.

UP Metro Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

• For the positions of Assistant Manager/Electrical (post code-E01), Assistant Manager/S&T (post code-E02), and AM/Operations (post code-E03), the selection process will consist of a two-stage procedure. The first stage will be a Written Test, followed by document verification and a Medical examination in the Executive (Technical) category.
• The selection process for the positions of Assistant Manager/IT (post code-E04), Assistant Manager/Accounts (post code-E05), Assistant Manager/Architect (post code-E06), Assistant Manager/HR (post code-E07), Assistant Manager/PR (post code-E08), and Assistant Company Secretary (post code-E09) will consist of two stages. The first stage will include a written test, followed by document verification and a medical examination in the Executive (Non-Technical) category.
• For the Junior Engineer positions with postcodes NE-01 and NE-02, the selection process will consist of a two-stage process for UP Metro Recruitment 2024. This will include a written test, followed by document verification and a medical examination in category A-1, but not below category A-3.
• For the Station Controller cum Train Operator position (postcode NE-03), the selection process consists of a three-stage process, which includes a Written Test, Psycho Aptitude Test, document verification, and a Medical examination in Aye-one (A-1) category.
• Please be informed that the selection process for the positions of Account Assistant (postcode NE-04), Office Assistant (HR) (postcode NE-05), and PR Assistant (postcode NE-06) will involve a two-stage process. The first stage will be a Written Test, which will be followed by Document Verification and a Medical Examination in the Cee-One (C-1) category.
• For the positions of Maintainer/Electrical (post code-NE-07) and Maintainer/S&T (post code-NE-08), the selection process will consist of a two-stage procedure, which includes a written test followed by document verification and medical examination in category B-1.
• In the selection process, various aspects such as knowledge, skills, comprehension, aptitude, and physical fitness will be evaluated. Candidates will need to complete each stage of the process, including Iris/Biometric verification, document verification, and a prescribed medical examination, to be deemed suitable for selection. If a candidate fails the medical test, they will not be offered any alternative employment, and the Corporation’s decision on this matter will be final.
